Amy Jowahir, RMT has been providing Massage Therapy since 2014.
She has worked with a variety of clients and conditions but perinatal care and sports therapy have always been pillars of her practice. She completed additional training for perinatal massage in 2014 and has been helping clients at all stages of pregnancy and postpartum since. Her sports therapy experience includes working with teams such as Toronto Eagles Football Club and London Lightning.
Regardless of the client's circumstances, Amy's treatments improve well-being while enhancing performance and longevity.
Amy uses a variety of techniques but achieves optimal results using deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, and myo-fascial release. Each treatment concludes with some guidelines on how the client can manage their symptoms at home. She believes that a healthy body is a moving body and incorporates that principle into her treatments and homecare guidelines.

Martha Mallory, RSW
Martha is a graduate of King’s University College (BSW, MSW) and McMaster University (BA, Psychology) with additional courses in the Psychology of Relationships and Abuse through the University of Toronto. Her areas of interest include relationships, grief and loss, transitions and recovery from trauma. She has worked in community, hospitals, schools and child welfare before establishing a private practise over ten years ago. Thames Valley Midwives
Located on the First Floor
The ground floor is home to our wonderful team of midwives! Thames Valley Midwives provides care to all families as well as surrogates during pregnancy, throughout labour and up to 6 weeks after your baby is born. They serve clients across London, Oxford County, Elgin County and Middlesex County. Midwives are experts in low risk pregnancy care and are covered by OHIP. They are the only health care provider to offer a choice of birthplace, including London Health Sciences Centre, Home birth and Woodstock Hospital.
